About Lance
As a young boy, Lance spent hours listening to his grandmother’s recordings of “Elvis Presley” and hearing stories of the King. It wasn’t until the age of 12, Lance took to the stage as an “Elvis Tribute Artist” in his hometown of Collingwood, Ontario. Now, how could anyone ask for anything more growing up and admiring Elvis’ music and having the world’s largest and most exciting Elvis Festival right in your backyard! Little did Lance know, that this unique experience in his life, would lead him to international competitions and the start of a career in music.
With Lance Dobinson’s tribute to “Elvis Presley”, this allowed Lance to perform across Canada, the United States, Japan and have the honour and privilege of performing alongside with “Country Music Hall Of Fame Inductees,” “The Jordanaires” and the “Stamps Quartet,” who accompanied “Elvis Presley” throughout his Career.
Throughout the last several years, Lance has also enjoyed being a part in “Country Music.” In fact, known for his heartfelt originals including “But It Ain’t That Easy” and “Long Road”, the latter featured on Sirius XM’S CBC Country, he has shared the stage with Aaron Pritchett, Jamie Warren and Dean Brody.
These fulfilling experiences on and off stage, has led Lance to become who he is today!
